1. How do I personalize/Customize a product?

That’s Simple and easy! All you need to do is choose your product and customize it with your name/text/art/design/image in the studio. Our UI is very unique and easy to use it.

2. How can I upload my own designs?

You can choose any product you like and then click on the Customize/Personalize button and can easily upload your designs in the studio.

3. What if I provide you with my product and avail your personalization services only?

We do provide such services, you need to reach out to our customer service team for more details.

4. Does the quality/color of the picture I upload appear the same after it gets printed?

We do not guarantee the color of the uploaded pictures/designs as the process includes heat transfer of the images where some loss of color is always applicable. There will be always 2 to 5 % variation to the actual color uploaded and this happens everywhere. We have digital printing equipment’s and DTG machines which almost ensure the nearest color, but for some products where heat press is required would vary the color of the print by 2 to 5%.

CANCELLATION AND RETURNS

5. Can I cancel an order?

In order to get your order delivered to you soon, we print and process the orders same day. As long as your order has not been processed, we can cancel it and refund your amount. Please get in touch with our customer support team to cancel your order. The refund will be initiated in the form of a voucher that will be emailed to you immediately or we may deposit the amount straight away to your account.

Your orders can also be cancelled if Bluewrap team finds your payments have not been received. Check below for further details:
Non-receipt of Payment- In case the payment for the order is not made Bluewrap will automatically cancel the order. An email notification is sent to you when we cancel the order.

6. Can I return the products that I have received?

Sorry, we don’t have a return policy.

7. Can I modify my order after placing it?

No. You cannot make any changes to the design after placing the order. We understand that in cases, you may want to alter the quantity of a product in your placed order. You may even require having your shipping address updated. These changes are allowed until we have begun processing your order. For such requests, please get in touch with Customer Care immediately along with your order number and details

8. When will I receive my refund for a cancelled order?

We cancel your order as soon as the request is generated and the refund process is initiated within 3 days. It further takes 5-7 working days for the amount to be credited in your account. Please note if the payment is made via Credit Card, it might take 20-22 working days for the credited amount to reflect in your account details.

9. What if the product that I received has faulty parts or is damaged?

We take special care while packaging to deliver your products in the excellent condition. However, you can if you receive any product is faulty or damaged condition, you can contact our customer care and they will do the needful.

As per our return policy, we do not accept the return of faulty/damaged products after 10 days of delivery.

10. Can I also return a product which was found faulty upon use?

Please contact our Customer Care and report the issue. We shall be happy to facilitate the resolution for the same until and unless the reason is valid.

11. How can I track my order?

You can track your order online by going to My Account. Also, our partnered courier service providers provide you with the AWB number through which you can check and track the status of your order. MYACCOUNT/ORDERS/SELECT ORDERS TO FIND TRACKING LINK.

12. How will I know if my order is placed successfully?

You will receive an email confirmation from Bluewrap once your order is successfully placed. This mail will have all the details related to your order.

13. How do I re-order previously bought items?

That’s super easy! Please log into your My Account, go to order and reorder!

14. My items haven't arrived yet. What can I do?

Do not worry, use our tracking link to track your order by going to MY Account, If still not happy, please reach out to our customer care.

15. How do I change my shipping address after my order has been placed?

17. What are the payment options available at Bluewrap?

The payment options we support are Credit card, Debit card, Net Banking, UPI, Mobile wallets and pay through check or NEFT/IMPS/RTGS or DEMAND Draft. All the online payments are processed through Instant Pay payment gateways, which provide secure encrypted connections for all credit card, debit card and net banking transactions. We also have purchase order policy where our customer care team gets in touch with you for more details once the order place using PO.

18. Do your prices include Taxes?

The prices indicated on the website are inclusive of Taxes/ GST.

19. Why can't I see the COD option on my payment page?

We don’t have COD policy as most of our products on the site are customized for your requirement.

20. My voucher code is not working. What should I do?

21. How to get faster delivery?

If you want to get a faster delivery in case of emergency then get connected to our customer care. We would make a faster delivery happen for you for which extra charges would be applicable. The charges would be as per express delivery charges.

22. What is Personalization?

Bluewrap is one of the distinct online portals offering you a fabulous range of gift items for all social and corporate events. Personalization equips you to add a touch of your style to our gift items that you want to purchase.

For example, if you are purchasing a Lover’s Magic Mug then with the available option of Customization add text and photograph of your choice before adding the product to the cart. Then proceed to checkout. Personalization helps you to add your personal touch to our gift items.

23. How to order?

If you are willing to make an online order then create an account, sign in and personalize the product of your choice. Add the product to the cart and then proceed to check out. If you wish to place a bulk order then either write a mail to us at [email protected] or reach out to customer care.

24. What are the delivery charges?

Within India, we are shipping it for free of cost.

 In case, if the order delivery has to take place outside India then delivery charges would be applicable as per the actual charges determined by the courier companies etc. Charges will be actually based on the weight and the distance, the same details will be available during checkout.

25. What are the durability of the material and the product?

Our treasured clientele testimonials speak volumes about our products’ long-lasting durability and excellent material quality. With fantabulous durability and quality, our products offer the utmost customer satisfaction.

However, to make the product cost economical, we added multiple qualities. The quality rating on the product detail page lets you figure out the quality. 4 to 5 star represents the top quality, 3 star represents good quality, and less than 3 stars represent the low quality, which means the product doesn’t last long.

26. How long does it take to deliver my order?

Standard Delivery time is 7-10 working days, this includes the production time and courier shipment time. It can vary depending on your location and order size.

Small size orders in 3 to 5 working days (Less than 5 quantity)

Medium size orders in 7 to 10 working days (less than 500 quantity)

Bulk orders in 10 to 20 working days depending on the order size. (less than 1500 in 20 days and more than 1500 in a month or month plus 10 working days.)

27. Can you provide some creative idea for my product?

Certainly, our creative team can assist you in the following way: - Our team can suggest you with the File Type of your artwork. - The team can also suggest the design as per your event or the purpose verbally. - You can also be guided with the type of printing to opt for. - But to bring to your notice that if you opt to see a sample of the design on your product or otherwise then you would be charged accordingly. As samples are chargeable.

28. Can Bluewrap cancel your order?

Yes, Bluewrap may cancel your order any time with a valid reason or if the stock is not available. Bluewrap maintains an unlimited inventory model, due to the unpredicted flow of orders, we may go out of stock and we have all rights to cancel your order by refunding the complete payment within 24 hours.
